    Abstract
This report identifies some of the most important problems affecting Expo Group's human resource management division. This report is based on the organization's current human resource management strategies, practices, and activity. Various models and methodologies are used in the research to show if a strategic approach to human resources can be converted into a set of sensible HR practices. The Expo Group of Bangladesh has implemented good HR procedures and training that make internal work for employees simple and hassle-free. This study focuses on maintaining strong hiring standards and giving staff training both domestically and abroad. The basis of each company's ability to assess and compete with the competing employees is the human resources department. Numerous procedures are used to manage their workforce. This study includes a brief description of the HRM functions that Expo Group of Bangladesh employs, how their operational procedure enhances their marketability, and what constitutes the best personnel acquisition strategy. Based on my experiences as an intern in Expo Group's human resources division, I have conducted this thorough analysis.
