Communication skills in HRM
Abstract
This study was intended to examine the study on communication skills in HRM in Mogadishu, Somalia. The study has showed that communication skills have a positive effect on the HRM. The study's primary goal was to investigate the impact of effective communication on employee. The study found that majority of the respondents assigned agree and strongly agree, which indicates that effective communication has positive effect on employee.
The study's second goal was to see how effective communication influenced performance. The study found that majority of the respondents assigned agree and strongly agree, which indicates that effective communication has positive effect on performance. It leads organizational booming and the conclusion there is positive relationship between communication skills on HRM.
