The accelerated competitiveness inside the recruitment market has caused organizations spending extra time, effort and assets on developing their expertise acquisition strategy. So as to accomplish organization goals it is crucial to choose people with imperative abilities, capabilities, and experience remembering the present and future necessities. experience contention among business relationships for selecting the best potential has extended spotlight on development and the board basic leadership. Selectors intend to hire simply the outstanding applicants who might suit the corporate culture, morals, and atmosphere explicit to the organization. Based on the significance of talent acquisition the purpose of the study is to explore and get clean expertise of the talent acquisition technique of MBM Garments Limited. The report is qualitative and exploratory in nature. The company was chosen followed by a convenient technique and a judgmental sampling technique was used to determine the sample. The study has tried to make the sample data as heterogeneous as possible for perfect analysis. The aim of this study is to get a clear understanding of the talent acquisition process that includes job analysis, recruitment, and selection. The study showed that the activities involved in talent acquisition are being performed with the best efforts of the MBM HRD team. After analyzing all the data it can be concluded the current talent acquisition process is effective enough to fill up the vacant positions in a timely manner. But to make it more fruitful they need to work on some issues as MBM may use multiple sources to collect the CVs and sort out them by using technological help like LinkedIn pipeline which will help them to reduce the overall lead time of the recruitment process. They might also publish their advertisement on international job sites and international newspapers so that people from around the world can apply. Furthermore, in order to get better candidates, walk-in-interviews and campus recruitment can be also used. MBM can recruit from their regular interns also so that fresher with the knowledge about the current practices can get the opportunity to work there. Finally, it very well may be inferred that in light of the solid commitment of MBM workers it is conceivable to add to the advancement of the association. The HRD of MBM has guaranteed a qualified inflow of staff which makes their business comprehensively effective by keeping up an inflexible and reasonable selection process.
