    Abstract
Islamic metaphysics helps us do well both here and after we die. AIBL does this by following the way the Holy Quran says to do it and, by extension, the path that Rasul (SM). This research is based on my three months of work at Social Islami Bank Limited. Through this internship program, I've learned a lot about how a financial organization works. This internship report is about the performance management system at Social Islami Bank Limited and how that system's lively and adaptable performance management system makes employees better and more motivated. Performance planning, performance execution, performance evaluation, and performance review are all parts of the performance management system. Any financial company that wants to stay competitive needs to have a good system for managing performance. To reach a company's goals, it also needs a performance management system. A good system for managing employee performance can help a company keep its best workers and keep them motivated. The performance evaluation system is the key to the whole pay policy. In this research, this study tries to explain the performance management system at Southeast Bank. This report also has suggestions and conclusions that will help the bank improve its performance management system.
