The Financial Performance Analysis of A Islami Bank: A Case Study on Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. (IBBL)

Abstract

The study on the investment management process of IBBL shows the investment and profitability of Islami bank Bangladesh limited. The investment activity of IBBL is the interest-free profit-generating instead of interest-bearing loan activities like other commercial banks. The study shows the investment, disbursement, and profitability analysis of IBBL and also focuses on the theoretical knowledge about Islami bank’s operation in the real world. The primary objective of the study is to find out the investment disbursement overall and sector-wise and to find out the profitability of the investment mechanism of IBBL. The time limit to complete the study was not sufficient enough to gather primary data. The study will show the analysis of theoretical concepts and numerical values. The completion of the study requires data sources from various articles and the IBBL website. In this study, various numerical analysis has been done with respect to the primary requirements of the study. The study will evaluate the investment management and profitability analysis of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited.
