    Abstract
    The study of the report has been conducted on impact of training and development on Organizational Performance. The major objective of this report is to illustrate how Intertek Bangladesh increases organizational performances throughout their effective training and development process. HR activities, following training and development process, performance driven culture and strategy are included in this report. The first chapter includes an introduction part such as background of the study, objectives, scope, problem statement, and methodology of the report. The review of the literature is included in the second chapter. This chapter's purpose is to provide data that has been obtained from appropriate academic sources in relation to the study's topic. The third Chapter deals with the overview of Intertek Bangladesh, its strategic plan for training services, facilities & accommodations, management system and HR policies and philosophy. In fourth chapter, the whole training and development process of Intertek Bangladesh has been analyzed. For analyzing the topic and information, qualitative technique and inductive analysis has been used. In chapter five, on the basis of analysis part some challenges faced by Intertek Bangladesh's Human Resources Department (HRD) are discussed, along with some solutions. In this chapter, I've put my report to a conclusion.
