Abstract

Catalyst is a startup company which started its business in 2020. It is an e-commerce company which sells various products to the customers in the online. Catalyst takes orders from the clients and sells in the online. It sells the necessary things of people including women clothes, home decorated products, watch, fruits, vegetables etc. Catalyst also cooks delicious food items of fish and delivers at the online. Catalyst is growing gradually after the launch of its business. It provides good quality products and services to the people. They provide the delivery of products and services to the customers in a short time. The behavior of the Catalyst employees is very good. They always behave with the clients in a well manner. So, the clients are very much satisfied to them. Catalyst has become capable to keep up plenty of clients. The employees of Catalyst are efficient and they operate the organizational activities very effectively. They maintain the official tasks by focusing on the organizational goals.
