Internship Report on General Banking Activities of National Bank Limited

Abstract

The internship program is very critical and appropriate for learning to acquire experience and spread the reach of expertise. I did my internship program from NBL in Mohammadpur branch. The objective of this internship report is to provide a detailed overview of the General Banking activities of NBL. In this report there was Business Review of the NBL Letter of Credit (L/C), Import and Export, Foreign exchange transactions, observations and analyses, resources. In this report I described about activities of National Bank Limited. This overview helps me to how they have done the all kinds of activities and this is also help me what will be the future decision. The first chapter shows that the different elements of the report as much as brief introduction, objectives background of the bank, vision, mission, board of the directors etc. second chapter shows the activities undertaken. In this area shows that work- related activities and organizational wide. After that I have described the other organizational and career planning activities. The National Bank Limited is one of the largest banks in Bangladesh. The Bank's key purpose is to have all banking facilities at people's doorstep. In addition, the Bank engages in numerous social and development initiatives and is instrumental in the application of integrated government policies and promises.
