    Abstract
United Hospital Ltd. is one of the best healthcare service providers in Bangladesh. It’s a sister concern of United Group. I did my internship report on financial performance analysis of United Hospital Limited. To do the analysis, I applied the widely used performance measurement technique of ratio analysis. The analysis is being conducted on the basis of five major areas like liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, efficiency ratios, and profitability ratios. The analysis shows that the liquidity position has been declined over the study periods for United hospital. It maintained a consistency in utilizing its assets in the business and therefore, has been able to generate the stable earnings. On the other hand, it was found that United Hospital has increased level of borrowed funds used in the business relative to the equity funds. I can conclude from the ratio analysis that although United Hospital failed to accelerate its overall performance but has been maintained a steady earnings from the business operations over the years.
