Internship Report on Factors that Create Impact on Employee Commitment on Organizational Performance in Kazi Farms Group
Abstract
HR activities are one of an organization's most important and important activities. The HR department of the "Kazi Farms Group" is an excellent location to learn about HR practices. They have a fantastic management staff in place to handle all HR-related matters. They are a devoted staff, and it is because of their devotion that we are able to find acceptable candidates for suitable positions. They put up much effort and sacrifice to ensure that each phase of the recruiting process runs well. The basis for this paper is the “employees’ commitment on organizational performance” method of “Kazi Farms Group”. The major purpose of this study is to discover how the factors create impact on employee’s commitment on organizational performance. There are also some additional aims, such as being familiar with human resource policy, gaining theoretical knowledge, and learning how to eliminate loops, among others. This research makes use of two different kinds of data: primary and secondary. Primary data are gathered by observation, interview, and employee surveys, among other methods. Secondary information is acquired from their website, other publications, the internet, medley references, and other sources. The study has been condensed into five chapters, which represents a significant reduction in length. Among the information included in the first chapter are the following: an introduction, methodology, rationales for writing the report, scope of the study, goals, and limits of the report. The second chapter provides a comprehensive description of the Kazi Farms Group, including an overview of the company, their present goods and services, corporate information and associates, as well as a sister concern. In chapter three, you will find a review of the literature on the impact of employee commitment on organizational performance. This chapter contains a short summary of human resources and human resources-related policies that have been implemented by the company. The fourth chapter of this study offers an examination of the data and conclusions. The next section contains a SWOT analysis and a short discussion. Approximately one hundred and fifty employees' interpretations about their organization have been collected using a questionnaire form in order to conduct a survey. After gathering information from the survey, the data is presented in a pie chart format, which expresses whether employees are agreed or disagreed on an issue pertaining to the human resources field within their organization. Analysis and findings are also discussed here. There it was shown how the employees are being effected by some factors. There it was interpreted if employees are very much committed by some factors or not. The last part of this study includes a recommendation and a summary of the findings and recommendations. There is no organization that is completely faultless. Every organization, large or little, must be very conscientious regarding their current and future conditions.
