HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES OF IFIC BANK LTD.

Abstract

This report is prepared based on my three month long practical experience in IFIC BANK LTD. This internship helped me to learn about the realistic scenario of a financial institution. A well-functioning financial structure is vital to a modern economy and banks execute key functions for society. International Finance Investment and Commerce Bank Limited (IFIC Bank) is a first generation, full-fledged commercial bank in Bangladesh. At present it is a very popular private commercial bank with 154 numbers of branches and 285 numbers of sub-branches all over Bangladesh. It is set to open 215 more sub-branches by the end of the year 2021. IFIC Bank has been providing the best of services to their clients by helping them to plan, control, safeguard and cultivate their wealth. They come up with innovative ideas to create the finest possible products and customized banking services in order to serve their customers in a very pleasant and sincere manner. The functions of IFIC Bank cover various services and efficient activities to individuals, big and small firms, associations, governmental movements and various other agencies as well.
