    Abstract
    The scope of this report is to get some real-life experience. It helps to adapt knowledge about the Performance Evaluation System of AARONG. In the internship period, analyzing the performance evaluation system of AARONG has been studied here, the intensity of knowledge has been increased to a different level by relating the theories with sensible life experiences. Methodology helps to describe about the way in which data is collected, analyzed, and interpreted. The report has accumulated the facts from the subsequent sources, which has helped me to conduct this internship report.
