    Abstract
    In this report, it is shown that how implementation of ERP system would be better to follow than traditional accounting system in Shama International Ltd. Methodological proposal on implementation is described for Shama Internationals Ltd so that they can ensure better business performance. Implementation in ERP will not only improve business performance and value addition; but also increase employee effectiveness and transparency throughout the hierarchy; create more harmony among departments. In this report the crucial steps in transition are discussed for smooth and realistic transition. Here, it is explained how internal factors plays a role in the success of ERP integration. Features advantages, hidden cost subjected to fire security industry are explained in detail, the selection criteria are also discussed. Stages of the implementation process have been broken down and responsibilities have been clearly identified for further ease of transition. Furthermore, risk integrated with installation of ERP system has been discussed along with suggestions on how to control and mitigate them.
