    Abstract
    The study determine performance evaluation and satisfaction of the employee of Standard Group of Company, the questionnaire data information has to collect from Human resource managers and executives about the determinants of the employee performance in the organization of STANDARD GROUP. The information will be confidential and be used only for research purpose, and to analysis this research a selected group has chosen from STANDARD GROUP where 21 respondents were contributing for survey. Those respondents are occupying in various positions. , there highest value is strongly agree and lowest value is strongly disagree. This research have prevailed that employee performance evaluation impacts on employee satisfaction or dissatisfaction at their workplace. This study has existing literature which realizes that employee performance cannot evaluate without analyzing satisfied and dissatisfied employees. Finally, the experts would be promoted if they have taken employee performance evaluation as a main element seriously that company will improve their organizational overall performance, productivity, and relationship goal. After all employee performance depends on how they satisfied in their workplace or not. Because employee satisfaction generates organization productivity.
