    Abstract
    As a business student, examining the world of business today is very important note this complex situation. You need to move to all levels of knowledge, both sound and practical. In this report I had tried to focus on my second and practical knowledge regarding HRM practices. This report is a pre-requisite of completion of the BBA Program. In this phase of my education I received the practical knowledge related with my education also I achieved commendable knowledge about Human Resource Management. I am going to cover up the study on “HR practices of KAZI’S”. The report starts with an introduction where the objectives, scopes, methodology and limitations of the report have been discussed. After that I have added Company overview. After that I have added my findings, and recommendations according to the analysis I did. The report ends with Conclusion and references.
