    Abstract
    Human resource planning plays a fundamental role in achieving company goals and it is very important for any type of organization to decide how to use its human resources appropriately. This report has shared the human resources planning based on two major important companies in Bangladesh. One is ACI Limited and the other is Square Pharmaceuticals Limited. Another is, SQUARE Pharmaceuticals Limited. There are some specific objectives to finish this report which is to recognize the current human resource planning process & implementation in workforce of ACI Limited and SQUARE Pharmaceuticals Limited. Both quantitative and qualitative information are going to be used to find out the comparison of HR planning through the survey. After collecting Human Resource Planning information from each of the two organizations, the report presents it theoretically to set the comparison. After conducting the survey from several employees and managers of ACI Limited and Square Pharmaceuticals Limited, this report show some findings of HR planning for effective business performance which is, Both of the organization use structured & standardized interviews while selecting employees, focuses of Staffing for manual, physical skills & uses performance based appraisal. Square Pharmaceuticals Limited uses self-ratings on performance evaluation. ACI Limited also responded they uses self-ratings on performance evaluation, but their responds were not stronger than the SPL responds. Square Pharmaceuticals Limited provides extensive training programs for its employees. On the other hand, ACI Limited doesn’t provide extensive training programs for its employees. After analysing and findings of the report, this report discussed about some suggestions for the betterment of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited and ACI Limited. Both ACI Limited and Square Pharmaceuticals Limited need to spend limited amount of money on selecting staff. ACI Limited should improve incentive practices, needs to implement fair incentive practices, use self-ratings on performance & needs to communicate its performance with subordinates. Square Pharmaceuticals Limited and ACI Limited need to provide formal training to promote skills to new hires as well as to promoting or existing employees.
