| dc.description.abstract | Banking sector is the most important sector in the nation which is the backbone of national economy. This sector helps in developing of a nation. Banking sector is growing day by day which making its activity faster and easier According to the requirements of the internship program as well as BBA program, I chose to prepare a report on Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL). I focused on general banking sector of SJIBL for preparing the report. We know that SJIBL is one of the leading banks which are operating their activity nationally and internationally. This report is based on both primary and secondary research. The secondary research is the main source of the report. For knowing different working procedure and different segments I did the primary research.
Finishing the internship program brings the BBA journey at the end. Only classroom discussion is not enough for a student to be perfect in this program. A report has to be built for the university and organization requirement. The topic of the report is general banking of SJIBL. The report discuss about account opening, activity of cash section, and other banking activity.
First segment of the report is introductory part which covers the topic like topic of the report, origin, and background of the report, methodology, and limitation of the report. The second segment of the report provides a brief idea about the Islamic banking movement throughout the world and Bangladesh as well. The next segment of the report focus on Shahjalal Islamic Bank Limited, with their vision, mission, objective, strategies, core values, brand promises and organizations structure.
The next segment report highlights the general banking activities done by the organization and the survey I did during my internship period on customer satisfaction of Bangshal Branch. This report also includes the findings and recommendation based on the survey as well as my observation and work experience. | en_US |
