dc.description.abstractBangladesh Association of Construction Industry (BACI) is the premiere association for the construction industry of Bangladesh and is a link amongst all the organizations and firms which currently deal in the development sector of the country as well as the world. All construction company works under BACI; a non-benefit BACI works its maneuver as a piece of a venture display and gives the business linkage through its own organogram body. This project report is set up so as to dissect the HR practices and policies followed and applied in the construction industries in Bangladesh. The essential goal of this report is to get hands-on understanding of human asset the executives and applying the information learned in principle. As a main construction company of Bangladesh to direct business activities Mir Akhter Hossain Ltd, DIRD Engineering Ltd. (DEL) and Asset Development need qualified staffs that would assist the association with running the business. The association has a different Human Resource Department (HR office) to guarantee inflow of qualified HR in the association and to make the suitable workplace that uses representatives' capability to accomplish hierarchical objective DIRD Engineering Ltd. (DEL). Human Resource Department performs center exercises which are-enlistment and determination of staffs, execution evaluation related exercises, work detachment, and complaint the executives and administrate work for human asset. There some vital issues which couldn't be incorporated into the report for private issue. In any case, I have attempted my best to work with the most vital Human Resource exercises, which I referenced in the report.en_US
