Taskeater is a great outsourcing organization to work and I am so lucky to get the opportunity to get a chance to work in it. I have prepared my internship report on the basis of analysis of the outsourcing industry and the experience I have earned from the Taskeater. At first, the report is focused on the general outsourcing Industry of Bangladesh in chapter 2. In Chapter 3, I have provided Analysis of the Organization of Taskeater along with the overview and History, Trend and growth, Customer mix, Product service mix, Operations, SWOT Analysis, and Steps to meet the challenges and opportunities ETC. In chapter 4, I have shared all the important experience during my internship at Taskeater. Taskeater was established by two internet experts who have run another five online businesses over the United States, Europe, and Asia. Taskeater was an immediate solution to the requirements they confronted when building incorporated groups of splendid and committed people. During my internship at Taskeater, I had performed various works. My position was there named ‘Online Media Analyser’. And Taskeater gave every Analyser to a particular company to work regularly for them. For this reason, the company for whom I performed my outsourcing duties named ‘DoorDash’. It is basically a Swedish restaurant website. Through the report, I attempt to fundamentally express my involvement with Taskeater. At the end, I have also incorporated a segment of recommendations that shows few specific solutions that I have encounter during my work at Taskeater Bangladesh.en_US
