| dc.description.abstract | To complete my internship program for Bachelors of Business Administration course I experienced a wonderful working environment for a period of three months in the city bank , Kawran Bazar branch , starting on 3rd June, 2018 & finished on 3rd September, 2018 which will help in my future career a lot .
The first part of this report is based on the introduction of the report which includes topics like purpose, objective, background, methodology, rational & limitation of the study . It defines the way how background of the study is to prepare for the report. The next part of the report shows a short background of a City Bank Limited with their mission , vision , objective , values .
In the report I have shown the general banking process by describing the entire departments. Moreover, the different banking practice like account opening , classification of loan , term deposit account , classification of NFB , pay order procedure , loan disbursement , signature change procedure of general banking in the City Bank limited have been described.
This report also includes many types of the products and services, such as saving account, current account, City Shomriddhi, City Ichchapuron, City Projonmo, City Onyash, the overall functions of the City Bank Ltd. Chapter three describes overall retail banking activities. At the end I have concluded with recommendations after conducting SWOT analysis. | en_US |
