Vastly become popular to the business community, from small entrepreneur to large traders and industrial conglomerates, including the top rated corporate borrowers for forward-looking business outlook and innovative financing solutions. This bank established a unique image for itself and gained significant reputation in banking sector as operator of standard banking concept.
Standard Bank Limited (SBL) I liked to gain practical experience as an intern for three months period starting from 07th June 2018 till 09th September 2018, Internship as prerequisite of Bachelor of Business Administration .I have completed my internship in Mohammadpur branch as an intern for the department of General Banking Department at the Mohammadpur branch of standard bank.
Standard bank undertook different steps to enrich the quality of human resource that are aimed to flourish professional knowledge ,expertise, skill level of employees through training and development .This programs will help to form a well- equipped work force to ensure superlative services to client.
The general banking sectors mainly focus on different sectors like investment, deposit scheme, loan sanction, remittance etc. I have conducted a study on the general banking performance of SBL within the organization and my report with the title “An internship report on “General Banking Performance of Standard Bank Ltd is presented.
