dc.description.abstractSwiss Colours Bangladesh Ltd. Is an indenting company, which is an agent of Huntsman Textile, limited in our country it was set up on 10 December 1996. The fundamental Operation of Swiss Colours Bangladesh is to find customer for the dyes effect and textile chemicals of Huntsman. Swiss Colours not only sell dyes and chemicals it also helps factories to match the color they desire as outcome. Swiss colours have a great logistics team also who make sure the imported items can reach our country safely. The study is disclosed as descriptive manner and the data are collected through the practical working knowledge, discussion with the employees and customers and some from many articles and Records of Swiss Colours Bangladesh Ltd. This report is originated as a partial requirement of BBA program, United International University (UIU). To prepare this report I had necessary assistance from Swiss Colours Bangladesh Limited during my internship period. The major objective of this report is Import & Export activities of Swiss Colours Bangladesh Ltd. And some specific objectives are to get a brief idea about operational procedure of export & import business. There were some limitations while compiling the report from those time constrains was the major factor. This internship report reveals the historical background, origins of the Company, products and services offered by Company, procedure of the activities etc. The mission, vision are also briefly introduced. Based on the observation and discussion with the Employees through some positive points and some weak points of their services have been found. Swiss Colours provides so many attractive schemes and products which are very much beneficial to the customers and by which it can beat the competitors as well. This Company is highly technology-updated organization, which adopts any new technology very fast. But there are some issues with the employees when deal with customers. So, organization can take some initials to train and enhance the motivational level of the employees. The employee’s satisfaction level also needs to be improved through providing different incentives. Moreover, with changing economic condition, to keep pace with, Swiss Colours Bangladesh Ltd. has to focus on level of satisfaction both customers and employees and has to provide far better customer experience through pleasant customer packages.en_US
