dc.description.abstractThe report is on the General Banking Activities and Customer satisfaction of Al-Arafah Bank Limited which highlights the products and services offered by Al-Arafah Islami Bank LTD. to its customers. In my report, I tried to discuss the general banking activities of AIBL and tried to find out the opinions and the satisfaction level of the clients of AIBL. At AIBL, I was assigned to work as intern in General banking and in Foreign Exchange Division. However, most of the time I found myself working in General Banking Section. I used primary and secondary Data collection methods in this report. Face to face conversation with the respective officers of the branch was the main mode to collect primary data and for secondary data various publications and related body are observed. AIBL has set up altruism through inventive items and administrations. Innovative advancement has opened up another measurement in the improvement of inventive items, productive administrations and consumer loyalty. AIBL must focus on customer satisfaction to keep up the momentum.en_US
