Therefore, in this present world Consultancy Firms are becoming more important players of outsourcing as they are the one who can provide continuous supports to the corporations to execute the project in a most effective and affordable ways.
EnviSArc Consultancy and Management Ltd is the Consultancy firm which is dedicated themselves to serve the expatriates from outside of the country. They mainly work with the company who are not from Bangladesh. They help Global companies to operate in Bangladesh. ECM executes many projects in Bangladesh. Mainly they work for the foreign companies, those are able to work on the big projects. ECM helps them to operate in Bangladesh. By collaborate with two companies, which are the key suppliers for ECM. Techgen Engineering Ltd is the Equipment company. They provide construction equipment to ECM. Another company which is the partner with ECM is Vertex. They execute the import export work for ECM.
ECM has two organograms. One is the Company organogram, and second one is the project organogram. As ECM is a project based organization, it separates the company organogram from project organogram. In present ECM has 3 offices. At Motijheel, there is a head office, at Baridhara DOHS the project office, and at Ishwardi the site office.
