dc.description.abstractAll human resources issues are handled by Snowtex's superb management team. Human resources and logistics staff of Snowtex are devoted to their work. Because of their dedication to their work, they are able to recruit only the most qualified candidates. Their HR staff works hard. to maintain a satisfying flow throughout all stages of enrollment advancement. This survey report is based on Snowtex's " Recruitment & Selection" procedure. The primary goal of this research is to understand the "Recruitment & Selection" Procedure. Other things to know are HR procedures and recognizing hypothetical information. In the report, data is divided into two groups. Observation, interviews, employee surveys, and other means gather primary data. Secondary data is obtained from websites, other papers, and the internet. The report is divided into six chapters. The first chapter contains the report's introduction, methodology, and rationales. Snowtex is described in detail. The Internship Activity is addressed in Chapter three. The fourth chapter introduces the Article Review on Employee Recruitment and Selection Processes in Humen resource Performance. A Survey Analysis of Recruitment & selection process is presented on Chapter Five. Here analysis and a quick explanation of the questionnaire. A survey was conducted on 40 workers using questionnaires, and a pie chart was created using the data acquired from the study to represent employees' perspectives on the HR arena of the firm. The final part of this study includes recommendations and a conclusion.en_US
