dc.description.abstractIn general, this report is based on my 3 months long internship experience at Elitbuzz technologies Limited. This internship experience gave me the opportunity to understand about the real-world operations of an Information Technology related firm. Elitbuzz Technologies Ltd is a Dubai-based firm that offers top software services for almost all of business websites, SMS, as well as online marketing firms. Apart from this, we are a member of the "ELITSER Group," which has locations in the United States of America, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, as well as India. The finding of this study is focusing on Elitbuzz Technology Ltd's recruitment as well as selection procedure. Moreover, the goal of this research is to gain a better understanding of how the recruitment and selection process is established. Above and beyond, after learning about Elitbuzz Technology Limited's process of recruitment and selection, a number of recommendations surfaced. The report also includes conclusions and recommendations that, if implemented, would enhance the firm's performance.en_US
