dc.description.abstractAs it is a part of educational requirement content of completion of BBA program, I have been assigned to complete internship report on “Recruitment and Selection Process of Digicon Technologies Limited” under a guideline. “Recruitment and Selection process” is a mandatory section of human resources; for that I decide to select this topic to make it clear. I divided this report into some sub segments. Within the little tenure of 3 months, as a young intern I tried my level best to go through their Recruitment and selection process in a BPO Company like Digicon Technologies Limited. I started the report to knowing about the “Digicon Technologies Limited” and also talk about its purpose, scope and limitation. Then the report goes through with the general talk about “Digicon Technologies ltd.” It started their journey at 2010. Digicon is such a new era for the service industry where top telecom companies feel comfortable to handover their customer care to third party. Digicon Technologies ltd. is the pioneer in BPO industries limited. Here also discuss about Digicon Technologies ltd. mission, vision and purpose of it. After that the report continues with the literature review of Human Resources Management. Then it goes through the job part, which was assign for me. After completing all the formalities I focus my main of the report- “Recruitment and Selection Process of Digicon Technologies ltd.” The first part is requisition of manpower and each department follows the rules according to its HR planning to HR Department. After getting the approval from the MD of the company, advertisement is given internally within the organization or in external media like BdJobs.com and career website of Digicon Technologies ltd. After that they follows the rules and regulation of recruitment procedure of selecting candidate by arranging with written exam, taking one or more interviews, and finally the mental ability and presentation skill of the candidate. After finishing all the procedure of selection the best candidate has been added to the part of Digicon Technologies ltd.. After that find out some findings and give some recommendation for Digicon Technologies ltd. After all the discussion I found that the procedure of the Recruitment and Selection of Digicon Technologies ltd are quite fair, ethical and effective for the organization as per my observation.en_US
