dc.description.abstractThe report intends to give an idea about the steel industry of Bangladesh and how M&R trading operates its business in the local market. M&R Trading is the first steel company catering to the steel demand of the country and abroad for almost a decade now. The report has covered almost all the strategies of M&R Trading. It also includes a brief profile of the company. To know the strategy of the company it also includes the product and customer categories and operations and steps to meet the challenges and opportunities of the company. The objective of this report is to identify and analyze working procedures and developmental activities as well as strengths and weaknesses of management of M&R. M&R Trading understands that the "Steel Industry" is central to the economies of modern societies and M&R is an indispensable motor of growth. A world-class steel company like M&R Trading is essential to a developing country like Bangladesh, to widen its development base and meet its growing needs. In order to strengthen the steel industry of our country, M&R Trading has established the largest multi-diversified steel manufacturing unit in our country. However, finally, in this report there are some recommendations Moreover, some recommendations have been provided so that the company can overcome the problems it is facing and run its business well.en_US
