dc.description.abstractOne of the leading private commercial banks in Bangladesh is EXIM Bank Limited. EXIM bank limited can exploit any opportunities in the banking sector. EXIM Bank introduced a specialized banking service in Export Import Business. The environment of EXIM Bank LTD is very modernized and friendly. The staffs are specialized in their respective fields. The motivation of the staff, I believe comes from the very sense of responsibility .Each of them works on their own and supervision from the top. This report aims at providing an overall idea of the “Efficiency of SME under Conventional and Islamic Banks”. SME stand for Small and Medium Enterprise. SME play a vital role in the economic growth and development of a country. Completion of my BBA program needs an internship report and for this reason I have prepare this report. The internship report titled on “Efficiency of SME under Conventional and Islamic Banks” was required by the Ms. Nusrat Farzana, Assistant Professor, School of Business & Economics, United International University. The objective of this report is to study & analyze the efficiency of SME under Conventional and Islamic Banks, also to identify the problems of the process they are facing & recommend some policies that may help to overcome the problems of the bank.en_US
