This program encourages me to execute my hypothetical learning into down to earth reasonable condition. In the time of present day human advancement Bank is handling its spending job to keep the financial action. Actually, there is not really any part of advancement movement whether state propelled or generally where Bank don't have a significant task to carry out. As a part of my BBA program, I have spent 3 months in SJIBL Progati Sarani branch learning the activities of general banking, general advance and foreign exchange department. This report includes the history of banking all over the world along with detailed information about the rise of the Banking Industry in Bangladesh. However, the big part of this report is on Shahjalal Islami Bank ltd. This report includes in the customer satisfaction of SJIBL Ltd. I have tried to show whether present situation of satisfaction level of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. Customer Satisfaction is most important issue to be a concern within the banking industry. During my internship period at SJIBL Progati Sarani Branch, I observe that one customer’s choice, his/her opinion, feelings about SJIBL products, behaviors are different from other customer and satisfaction level also varied from others.en_US
