This thesis report is constructed on the basis of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities that are practiced by Dutch Bangla Bank and NRB Global Bank Limited. The information provided here was based on my experience and data were collected through interview and survey questionnaire which were convoyed by the employees and the managers of both the banks. The primary was collected by analyzing the CSR activities of these banks through survey questionnaire and interviews with the employees and the managers. The secondary data has been collected from the websites of the banks. There were limitations towards getting some information, as the managers and employees of both the banks, claimed were confidential. This report entails information about the CSR practices of these banks and how much it is benefitting the society’s social and environmental factors. Furthermore, it illustrates, even after contributing extensively, why there is no significant result in development of society’s social and environmental welfare. Also, here in this report, it is clarified what initiatives could be taken to enhance their CSR activities.en_US
