dc.description.abstractBusiness development is about to create long term sustainable value for a company which can range from a large organization to a small startup. Such value is generated from the customer group(s), market(s) and relationships with stakeholders. No other medium of marketing other than digital marketing can be a suitable choice to develop business for a newly started company. Digital marketing is about the use of digital technology, such as mobile, display advertising, search engine optimization and many other products and services to reach customers in this digital era. Mistri Mama is a newly launched home-service startup and is a sister concern of Super Star Group, which began operating in 2018. This report is based on my three-month real-life experience with Mistri Mama where I performed my roles in business development and digital marketing. This internship program assisted me a lot in acquiring a practical understanding of a start-up on-demand home service company growth strategies and procedures. The online on-demand home service company is a vibrant, fast-growing home service solution marketplace across the country. Online home service demand is increasing rapidly and in the latest times, the amount of businesses is also increasing. Mistri Mama offers now Electrical services, Plumbing services, AC services, It and CCTV services. This report aims to: categorize digital marketing situations, classify digital marketing difficulties and constraints as observed by me on my experience with Mistri Mama. It also aims to figure out techniques of tactical digital marketing and various policy forms and their implementations and calculation of duties. To achieve this aim, data have been gathered through both primary sources (survey analysis, personal interview with business development professionals of Mistri Mama, observation from my experience) and secondary sources (company website, blog, internal records). All these are discussed in the continued sections of the study.en_US
