| dc.description.abstract | SDEL is where I have been working during my intern period for the last three months. During these three months internship program with SDEL it has helped me a lot to prepare for future corporate culture. SDEL has been working on its construction business with incredible achievement and they possesses the ability to make huge contribution to the economy of Bangladesh through their expertise and rising success in the near future. It was my honor that SDEL became the entry point to my profession life, as an intern it was my pleasure to learn and work in SDEL.
This report is on a construction company called star delta engineers limited and its performance indication using financial techniques. The financial techniques used in the report are ratio analysis based on the five dimensions and yearly progress of the company. In this report I used the recent three years financial data to know the performance of the company. The report will tell you if they are utilizing their resources efficiently, increasing profitability, and liquidity of the company using ration analysis.
In the report we you will see that the company has excellent liquidity which is due to its excessive cash and it has great solvency as it tends to avoid credit both long and short but took a long term loan due to undertaking some big projects. The company has great efficiency in completing its work and utilizing the resources it contains which can be seen using asset utilization ratios.
