| dc.description.abstract | This report is based on a freelancing training institution which known as CodersTrust, Bangladesh. Got a phenomenal and remarkable experience while working in this organization. In this comprehensive report, I have discussed about strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats of the company, which I observed and perceived during my internship period. In this report, you will find the detail about the company based on its current position. During my internship program, I mainly worked under Business Development team and I have been also assigned as a Sales & development member and work as a career advisor as well. Learning to work in practical environment was the main purpose of internship and to apply the knowledge acquired during the studies from a real world scenario or perspective in order to tackle the problems using the knowledge and skills learned during the academic process and I feel glad to say I have learnt enough professionalism. In this report, the detailed analysis of the organization has been done and all the technical, managerial and strategic aspects have been evaluated to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats of the organization. For the last three months, I have taken part in tasks ranging from student counseling, data collection, data analysis, event management, monitoring online English communication class and freelancing support for the students. All in all, the experience working with the organization was a great and given me an insight on how to shape my career for responsibilities in the near future. | en_US |
