| dc.description.abstract | This internship report based on three month long internship I have completed in Dhaka Bank Limited under general banking division from 3rd February to 30th April 2019 as a requirement of my BBA program at United International University. As an intern it has been a great journey with lots of knowledge and experience of corporate world. Every hour I have spent in general banking in Dhaka Bank Limited give me a good amount of new experience that will help me in my future carrier.
It has been a valuable experience because it helps to use academic knowledge in the real life organization. Throughout my internship I have seen that in Dhaka Bank they have a good organization culture and I think this thing helps lot to be a successful one in banking industry.
This report includes the overall view of banking industry the size, trend, economic factor, technological factor and so many things described in this report. And the overview of Dhaka Bank Limited history, trend, products, operations and many other things have been described. Also the experience I have gathered in my three month long internship period has been briefly described in this report. What position I have worked for, my duties, responsibilities and contribution. And the skills I have garnered throughout this period.
Also have some recommendation for improving departmental operation and for self performance. Next part is conclusion of the report and I have added all list of data, journal and website by which this report is completed successfully. | en_US |
