The real estate industry contributes to the economy with 58,000 crores, or 7% of the GDP. This report discusses several problems and prospects within the sector and provides a comprehensive understanding of the industry. At the beginning of the report, there is an introduction with the background and objective of the report, which includes the limitations and scope of the report.
The report identifies the key problems as financial difficulties, political changes, and a lack of a well-established mortgage market. Each problem is a separate prospect, which shows how the problems can be future opportunities for the industry as well as for the company. In the chapter, there is an in-depth discussion of analysis, trends, competitive analysis, and the industry overview. Financial difficulties prevent barriers to the industry from growing smoothly. Political changes make it a barrier to permanently planning for the company. By changing the political party, the company needs to change their plan, and it has an impact on the long-term plan.
An analysis of the industry and company shows the product mix and target market details. As per the data, the industry is in a mature stage that opens the market to more competition. SWOT analysis shows where the company has more strength and opportunity. By using the SWOT analysis, the company can minimize the threats because that shows.
Internship experience with the Silver Bird Real Estate industry is a journey of learning. The responsibilities during the internship included sales, digital marketing, marketing management, and marketing strategy. Using digital marketing tools helps collect real data in Google Analytics.
In the end, the report gives some recommendations the company can use to develop the marketing department. Overall, the report covers an in-depth analysis of the real estate sector and highlights problems and opportunities that exist within it. The objective of this article is to analyze A.K. Accessories (Pvt.) Ltd.'s supply chain management activities and highlight its advantages, difficulties, and possible areas for improvement. I was deployed for three months during which I have collected data, analyzed documents and discussed with employees and management to develop the report.
The report contains information on various activities and other statuses, as well as a thorough summary of the A.K. Accessories database. This creates the foundation for the subsequent analysis and gives background information on the products that the organization has categorized.
The study's main goal is to learn more about the development and operations of the accessories company A.K. Accessories. The study's primary focus is on supply chain integration's cost-effectiveness. How they handle production, inventory, shipping, and other associated duties. One of the paper's shortcomings is that the three-month project timeframe may have limited the scope of data collection and analysis. Concerns over confidentiality also hindered the widespread use of sensitive data.
An extensive overview of the employment experience is provided in the following section. This section outlines the duties, responsibilities, results, and any difficulties encountered during the internship. It prepares the audience for the discussion of the supply chain process analysis of A.K. Accessories that comes next.
Based on the study's findings, the report suggests that A.K. Accessories continue implementing lead-time reduction practices, specifically platform. It highlights how much lead time can be cut and how much more cost-effective this modern approach may be. The article highlights how the organization's ordering, manufacturing, and inventory management processes could be improved by using this updated methodology, leading to increased efficiency.

The purpose of this study is to highlight and provide some suggestions about how to create a new market in the FMCG industry with the help of industry and company analysis.
In Bangladesh, the food and beverage industries are growing rapidly. Akij Food and Beverage Limited (AFBL) is the most well-known food and beverage company in Bangladesh. It became an established company in the food and beverage industry with the help of its rapid expansion. The AFBL company has high-quality products, which helped it establish a leading position in their field by introducing advanced technology, cultivating human resources, and introducing new products as per customer expectations.
The first section of this report provides a thorough overview of the industry, including its size, maturity, and trend; technological factors; legal and political factors; its products and services; industry rivalry; and a summary of challenges and opportunities. The second section provides a description of AFBL and highlights the company’s remarkable history, the company’s mission vision and goals, customer mix, product mix, service quality, and SWOT analysis. The next section provides the main part of this report: market creation. Four strategies are discussed and suitable market creation strategies identified
Based on the internship experience, the report attempts to offer some recommendations that may be useful for the market creation of UHT milk by AFBL.
